“Yet another mess from this Tory-led Government and all David Cameron and his ministers can do is argue over which one of them is the most incompetent. Rather than trying to blame everyone else, David Cameron should be getting a grip and taking responsibility for a failure which has left over five million people without access to basic broadband - a failure which puts at risks the modern infrastructure Britain needs to compete.”
